  • Dr. Anna Stumpf

Anna is a seasoned career strategist who knows what it means to:

🚫 have true and perceived barriers and roadblocks

👀 not know your potential because you can’t see where you would fit

🎓 know the feeling/need for a degree to open doors (She earned four just to achieve her goals)

🪑 stand in rooms where she looks and feels like she doesn’t belong much less could she see a seat for herself “at the table”

❤️💪🏻All of these feelings and experiences over the past three decades and many chapters in her story have formed her into an empathetic and energetic change agent

⏰ Education is a phenomenal place to make incremental change but after almost two decades she knew she was ready to make a bigger impact which is what led her out of the role of a full time educator.

Anna has a deep commitment to coaching, mentoring, and teaching people about finding their unique place in the world. She has enough experience, energy, heart and mind to lead differently to create change systematically in order to, I believe, make a difference in our community.

Her 𝐖𝐇𝐘: Her commitment to learning/teaching, her podcast, her upcoming book, and personal mission is to “𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩”. Be there for others so they do not have to earn a degree to open every single door like I did. She has proudly taught every generation in some version of a classroom during her management and then my high school through graduate teaching experiences. She has a full understanding of the struggles of knowing yourself and where/how you fit in a system. She’s also an experienced brand professional, so she uses that lens along with all of that to help others tell their own story for a unique audience.

For over two decades, she has worked with a wide variety of students and mentees to empower them to identify their strengths and develop talents to compliment them, to develop a professional network, and to create a personal brand with confidence and consistency that helps make their career flow naturally and for them to thrive at every opportunity.
